[ios 27 Beta 2] is there a way to disable apple intelligence features?

I have been reading about how the current beta doesn't have a toggle to completely turn off apple intelligence. I don't really use these features and I would prefer these to be off, I am planning to buy an iphone, can someone please tell me if there's a way to:

1. Turn off Siri
2. Turn off AI features system wide(even if the setting lives somewhere else, i saw a screenshot where apple intelligence settings are now per app basis)
3. Turn off chatgpt completely
4. Turn off AI features in photos app

Also, can someone point me to some resource where I can understand how apple processes data from my phone for AI (does it send photos or content to cloud or is it all on device?)

P.S.: Not using AI is a personal preference
