am I dating a weirdo or am I the weird one?

So I've been seeing this guy from a city nearby, he's great all in all, but every time we talk about anything romantic or cute he turns the conversation sexual within two or three messages.

the issue is that I am absolutely not a sexual person. I mean, I enjoy sex just as much as the next guy, but it's not a big thing for me, especially when I'm seeing someone new.

Initially I chalked it up to novelty and the summer heat ( gets me worked up too ) and I found it almost endearing so I played into it a bit ( as much as my admittedly prudish attitude towards sex allowed me) but every time I mention a nice hand holding date he starts talking about dry humping and going back to his place.

I tried to make it clear to him without overly saying "hey stop being a horndog" but he didn't seem receptive to my messaging so I think I might have to just tell him straight up next time he does that.

am I being a puritan or is he a fuckboy?
