Mini Cooper S f66 SOUND
Hi everyone,
I'm getting really tired of the fake exhaust sound on my Mini Cooper S F66.
I recently installed a GPF/OPF Bypass Mini Mk4, but it hasn't changed the sound at all. The only difference is that on the first cold start, while the car is in Park, I can hear a little bit more noise. However, as soon as I engage first gear, that extra sound completely disappears, and while driving the car doesn't sound any louder than before.
It almost feels like there's some kind of electronic valve or software control that closes everything once the car starts moving.
Is this actually the case on the F66? Does anyone know if there's an electronic valve controlling the sound, and if so, is there any way to disable it?
Thanks in advance for any advice!
