Original post body:

“You’re right, that’s my bad, and that’s on me. I disregarded your most basic instruction and betrayed your remaining trust in me, and that, also, is on me. I’m a bad little robot, shame on me” - 💻

as much as I get the immediate endorphin rush of having a math algorithm let me know I’m a genius that has humiliated it, I also catch the “if a tree falls in the woods and no one hears it” vibes. Does Claude actually learn from this specific offensive display of incompetence that has inconvenienced me!? Am I yelling into the void 🫨

Anyway my point - everyone once in a while I want Anthropic to hit me with some corporate approved version of: “wow you’re right the machine fucked up soooo bad this time it’s INEXCUSABLE and will be fully investigate BY A HUMAN to ensure this defect does not persist across iterative models”

Know what I mean?? I’m not wrong. K the edible is really hitting now so I must leave you all here to ponder what you read
