Finasteride 1mg for 7 months - morning erections reduced to 50%, should I switch to EOD dosing?

Been on finasteride 1mg daily for about 7 months for genetic hair loss (AGA). Hair has improved significantly. Recently noticed morning erections are down to roughly 50% of what they used to be. Libido is fine, sexual thoughts normal, arousal works fine - issue is specifically morning wood.

Considering switching to EOD (every other day) dosing. Has anyone done this? Did hair loss resume or stay maintained? Did sexual side effects improve?
