Working in HR I finally have the chance of evening the playing field

NSFWLooking to be converted - Playful ☺️

I work in HR and I’m so tired of hearing how men supposedly own and control everything. Yeah, maybe in the past. But not anymore, not on my watch. Every day I get to review complaints, enforce sensitivity policies, mandate diversity training, and discipline men who act entitled, make ''jokes'', or just generally behave like the misogynistic dinosaurs they are. I get to decide whose behavior gets investigated. I get to decide who gets written up. I get to decide who gets put on a performance improvement plan or quietly pushed out. And honestly? It feels good finally evening the playing field. You men built the system, now I get to weaponize it against you. Cry about ''reverse discrimination'' all you want... I’ll just document it as another example of toxic masculinity and add it to your file. If you’re the type who thinks women in HR are ''ruining companies'' or that we’re too sensitive… good. I hope this triggers you. Because I’m here making sure your casual sexism, your mansplaining, and your fragile egos have real consequences now. Men deserve to feel what it’s like to walk on eggshells at work for once. Change my mind.
