24F keyholder seeking chastity training advice

Hey everyone,

I’m 24F and I’ve recently started exploring being a keyholder for a submissive guy. I love the power of controlling his pleasure, setting rules, and gradually training him to be more obedient and focused on my satisfaction.

I’m looking for advice from experienced keyholders or locked subs: How do you start long-term chastity training? Best beginner cages, how to set realistic rules and tasks, how to handle the emotional side (frustration, desperation, motivation), how long to keep him locked at first, ideas for rewards and punishments, safety tips, etc.
