late upperclassman housing options

hi! i'm a rising sophomore and i'm applying for housing late. i was gonna split an apartment with a friend in september, but their schedule just wasn't compatible with my timeline and what i can afford + i'm hoping to the gods that i'll just get off the RA waitlist

i'm looking at either mccabe or lecompte as my first two options because they're the cheapest. after a nightmare roommate & suitemate situation i lowkey just want my own room so i'm leaning towards mccabe but also i would really love ac, so i'm also eyeing the sanctuary townhomes if there's a room available (but i think it'd probably be fully occupied already)

does anyone have any experiences with mccabe or the townhomes to help my decision? anything helps, pls be kind :)
