Need advice on movers and packers scam

I recently moved 5 items w help of this particular 'movers and packers' in gurgaon. I weighed every item such as a table, chair and others so as to not get scammed on the money they might charge and everything came up to a total of around 45.5 kgs and I told him explicitly the weight before handing it to them. He still gave me a bill of 55 kgs and I knew he was charging extra but i thought i would let it be because I didn't want to talk too much w these people and I was already v mentally exhausted from certain other things. I had some other things that were to be moved and they were wrapped up in their packing, he saw them and tried to persuade me into moving them w their help as well. I told him it's a friend's and she denied it although it was mine and i didn't trust them enough to move it w them. Fast forward to like 10 days later, when I asked him the tracking number, he said he is sending when he goes to the office. After a day or two he tells me I need to send him 2.5K extra because the entire thing is costing him another 6K or something. I had already paid 5.6K approx. I asked him 'why didn't he tell me all of this before when I was sending etc' because now he was rumbling about dimensions whereas earlier he told me it would go according to the weight when I was asking him a lot of times about the specifications. Hence, I said 'throw it in the bin and return the money back because I would have sold the stuff otherwise. He cut my call and wrote 'ok' on WhatsApp. I didn't get an answer on what he would actually do so I called back and told him politely to not cut the call like that and asked him what is going to happen now. He said he is going to send it w 'money from his own pocket' which now I am guessing is the money he charged extra for his own self. It's been 13 days since my stuff is still not even sent from the warehouse I am assuming. He sent me his location and a picture on WhatsApp which is showing He is in out of the state and He will do it once he is back. He told me, that I will get some 'docket'. What is docket now? I googled it but it's saying it's a complete file of the stuff sent and another one is saying it's a complaint raised. Idk what to do. Kindly if you have some advice, i would love to hear from you guys.
