Ducted AC/Heating - Zone control options and costs

We’ve just bought a new home which had old gas ducted floor heating and no AC,

It’s a 3 bedroom,1 bathroom, 1 living and 1 dining old 1930’s home in metro Melbourne

Have decided to get ducted heating and cooling making use of gov rebate. Have shopped around and happy with a price we got: $10,295 for Fujitsu 16KW unit with 7 outlets

There’s quite a few option for multi zone functionally which we are keen on given 2 babies in the house, prices as follows:
- No zone: $10,295
- smart temp easy zone: $11,295
- Fujitsu multi zone controller: $11,695
- Nova iZone wifi enabled controller $12,500

For the smart temp and Fujitsu options it’s an extra $250 to add wifi

Keen to get people’s thoughts / opinions especially those who have any of the above multi zone control devices.

I’m not looking to set up an ellaborate fully home automated system, being able to set temp and timer for each room is more than enough for us.

Thanks in advance,
