GTA 6 "code in a box" Theory

​Rockstar recently confirmed that GTA 6 will launch on November 19, 2026, and stated tht the physical game would come with a download code instead of a physical disc. My thinking is that by ditching the physical disc entirely and giving physical buyers a digital voucher instead, Rockstar completely eliminates the risk of warehouse workers, retail employees, or early shipping deliveries leaking the entire map, story, or gameplay files days before launch, like what happened with IV and V. Physical discs and REAL physical copies would probably come a week - a month after the game officially launches to avoid any more catastrophic leaks. There's absolitely no way that the game is just going to be a download code. Rockstar execs have stated that they value pure, human made creative content over today's AI generated trend, and locking the entire game behind a digital code seems so counterintuitive. If the biggest entertainment launch in history is willing to completely kill off the physical disc to protect its art, then the whole "death of physical media" theory is officially a reality.
