Forgot Marriage and Divorce date. Will the app still be accepted?

Years ago, I had a very traumatic marriage and divorce. I no longer speak with the ex nor do I even remember the county it happened in. I gave my best guess on the application as far as the dates.
Will the application still be accepted?
Has anyone dealt with this?
