Something good about running in Heat

I'm an autumn guy, chiefly because I have bad hayfever and combined with being a bit sweaty makes me feel like I'm coming out in hives if I'm out in hot weather.

But weirdly, when running in the heat my nose clears up and I can breathe a lot better. And hey, if I'm sweating anyway, may as well run, so at least I have a reason to look like this!

Anyone else find their hayfever clears?
