Did anyone else notice how strangely clear the roads were in Dublin City centre on Monday morning?

Did anyone else notice how little traffic there was in Dublin on Monday, the quays were so clear during commuting time. it looked like a bank holiday or Sunday.

Was there an event or does anyone know why that was?
