Looking for business management ec's

I tried reaching out to small student led startups to get unpaid roles in them for experience but have been disappointed. Being a student I can devote only a few hours every week, but am unable to find good ec's that will help my major later on which is business management(HR or Marketing)

Would appreciate if someone could lemme know about opportunities!
