Unable to shift to neutral gear

I got Ronin mid a week ago. While the bike is cooled i.e not used for few hours, I am able to shift to neutral easily and gears also feel smooth. But after rising a while, gears start to feel hard to shift like stuck, and also then to shift into neutral from first gear, it's almost impossible. Like the gear gets really stuck while on first gear to pull it up, and if i use more force it goes into second gear.

Does anyone face the same problem, or is it normal till first service?
