Is there anyone else here that really dislikes comedy horror movies?

I just want to know whether or not I'm alone lol. People give me shit when I tell them I don't like their recommendations that are comedy horror. Everyone loves Cabin in the Woods but it's my least favorite horror movie that I've seen.

I don't know why. I guess like horror cause I want to feel scared and comedy doesn't do that for me.
