Looking for hybrid roles

Hi i’m worried if this is the right decision for me.
for context, i’m currently working sa as senior accountant sa AU company which is a wfh role , but right now the company is not doing good so i want be prepared in advance. I also have an experience working with shared services, so i thinkt it might me a good idea to come back sa mga big companies?
Recently applied to J&J, ING Hubs, Reed elsevier as senior accountant.

Ask ko lang if its worth it to transfer from wfh to hybrid roles since i want job security for my toddler.

Let me know your thoughts! Also if you have a company in mind that offers hybrid/wfh roles with good hmo.
