Addiction

Hey I am playing this game for a month or. My playing style is I make ai do all the work. Than why tf am I addicted to it idk. I don't do much of work in it still it feels like the void of addictions in calling me back everytime I open a stream or a yt video make ai do all the work and go afk. Is this normal?
