[OR] Found out the owner of house I am about to rent is being sued by HOA

Hello. My family and I spent a few days in OR to tour properties to rent since we intend to move there in the next several weeks. We got approved to rent a nice house that was managed by a property management company so we put down a deposit to hold until we sign a lease and move in. After driving back home I did deeper online research on the property and found the that the listed owners of the house have an active lawsuit (foreclosure) filed by the HOA.

I find this alarming. Should the property manager have disclosed this? I’m not sure what the next steps are. Please advise. Thank you.
