\[Spoliers for the movie Karuppu\]

I'll start this off by saying I do understand that writting about a god is tricky when people do worship him and making him a flawed character would cause uproar.

Regardless I think that is what made the first half of the movie so Entertaining, when Karuppu first comes on screen he comes from being outright called on and he seems unaware of how much injustice has happened in his own territory. He seems like a God in all the sense, superior to everyone but doesn't see what the root cause of the issue is. It makes sense in the realms of the plot when he is given a challenege to trust the justice tjat should be present he accepts it. The loss of the girl's life humanizes the god. In my oppinion that was a perfect story arc. It humanizes a God that didn't see the issue till he came down to a human level. Even the God apologizing was perfect.

And then the second half just seems to forget everything the first half built on? Now he is an all powerful and caring god that does everything and seemingly knows it all.

I have no issues with how movies potrays God or how he is percieved but the Karuppu from the first half and the Karuppu from second half seem like two completely different Gods.

I would have really loved the story if they had kept Karuppu as a God that had to be human to understand that the world has changed and changes things being human or atleast less "Godly"

I think the movie would have been better if Karuppu stayed as a "flawed" God
