Recommend parts for 1680

I'm planning to build my second watch. Rolex 1680 or 16610LV. Can you recommend mid-tier parts, especially a case that is reasonably close to gen? I'm planning to use an ETA 2846 movement.

At first, I was leaning toward the Raffles Dials set, but I'm not sure if the case is considered mid-tier or how close it is to gen. What modifications would be needed to make it look more accurate and closer to the genuine 1680?
I'd appreciate any recommendations for cases, dials, hands, bezels, inserts, and other parts that work well with the ETA 2846.
