Desperately need Answers

I’m a 21F and have been dealing with a persistent foul vaginal odor for over a year. Last year I tested positive for Enterococcus faecalis. In April I was diagnosed with aerobic vaginitis and took antibiotics, but the smell never fully went away. I recently finished oral clindamycin, but I still have a strong fecal/poop-like odor. My BV, yeast, and STI tests have been negative. Has anyone dealt with this before? What testing or treatment finally helped you get rid of it? I'm getting really frustrated and need advice.
