PC-to-PC voice does not work since latest patch.

In the past there has been a bug where, in crossplay, you can see other players talking but not hear them until one or both of you restarts the game. But this is a different, new bug.

Now, other PC players cannot hear me or see my transmitting indicator. Sometimes I seem to be able to hear them? It has been this way since the patch and it's driving me nuts. I submitted a bug report. I made sure my audio devices are set correctly. Is anyone else having this problem?! Has anyone found a fix?
