Question about Resignation

For context, I have two pending interviews sa ibang company. One is for a client interview, and the other is for a second interview(this is an interview with a TA after the AI interview).

Ngayon, nagiisip na ako magrender ng resignation para if ever ma-offeran ako ng J.O, nakapagstart na ako magrender and konti nalang yung bubunuin ko. And nasabi ko rin sa recruiter don sa isang company na resigned na ako huhuhu🫣😅

Kasi last time meron akong final interview and didn’t make it kasi I believe I was too honest na employed pa ako at hindi pa nagnotify sa sup ko. Eh ang start date nila ay in 3 weeks na. Medyo mahaba kasi yung hiring process since in-house company siya. Gusto ko lang sana ma-make sure na may J.O. na before rendering my resignation. Ayun naligwak. Haha

I’m just worried lang kasi na if ever need magstart immidiately sa lilipatan ko habang nagrerender pa ako.

What to do?

P.S. Please don’t judge me huhu super dami kong nareceive na rejection emails at tatlong taon na akong nagtatry magtransition to wfh, and etong may mga interview ako now is super nice na company at may magagandang offer, benefits, Wfh, at magandang reviews.
