Serevelle hair growth peptides vs thinning hair: Does it really reduce shedding?

f42 So I started taking this supplement with Serevelle for my thinning hair been shedding a lot lately because of perimenopause and figured why not. After about a month I noticed less hair falling out in the shower and when I brush it feels a bit thicker on the ends. Not a crazy transformation but enough to keep me going. Wondered if anyone else has tried Serevelle for hair shedding and what your experience has been. Would love to know if it keeps improving over time or if it just stops at this point
