I messed up and took my day dose at night

I was switching my new script from a huge bottle to a recently emptied smaller bottle. Idk why the pharmacy fills it is different sized bottles but they do. So anyway smaller bottle fits in my drawer better. Normally I take 75xr in the AM when I wake up. Well when I did the bottle switch my brain went on auto pilot and I took one. Am I cooked? It’s suddenly being on 150xr gunna mess me up? Should I take my regular AM dose still or just skip a day? I hope I can sleep 😓 this stuff already makes me have very crazy dreams that feel real! I’d ask my psych but it’s not business hours lol
