Will buying a Minecraft PS4 Legacy Console Edition disc unlock the Editions button?

I bought Minecraft digitally on PS4 in 2024, but I never owned or played the Legacy Console Edition before. If I buy an original Minecraft PS4 Legacy Console Edition disc today and put it into my PS4, will I get the Editions button and be able to access the old Legacy Console Edition?

Has anyone tried this recently, especially after owning only the digital version first?
