I'm 19 and have grade 2 vericocele and the Dr just gave me a medice that makes the nerves healthy that's all

Idk if I should get a surgery or not but my dick does not feel errect enough since a year or two and I feel it's because of this. i have the diagnosis but idk any good doctor in my area can anyone help?
