Like 90% Sure I got a fake but need a final conformation

JUST got a r36 Ultra from Amazon from LevelUp Gaming earlier today, brought it with me to work to add games and the like, but it boots into EmuElec and can boot without the SD Card, seemingly has some NES games on the board. So its definitely a fake right? I should throw it for a return and get one from a proper seller?
