High pay with low job security OR Low pay with high security?

Fresh grad (F22), and I need help deciding kung ano mas better choice career wise.

Current work: 78k / month
- 2 clients, 6 days a week, WFH night shift
- High-impact work (build applications and workflows that are detrimental to business operations)
- Super stressful. They fire people within 1 week if they keep making the same mistakes.
- I can only guarantee keeping this job until December (deadline for the projects) after that it’s uncertain

Company A offer: 40k / month
- full time, 5 days a week, hybrid (3 days RTO)
- I get employee benefits
- job security

Or should I keep looking for more?
