Bs in Psych Grad- Feeling Stuck.

I have a bachelors in general Psychology from Purdue Global. All the jobs in Seattle Ive looked at are shitty homeless shelter jobs for graveyard shifts that pay $25/hour(less than I make currently as a restaurant floor manager) . Im considering getting a Masters in either social work or mental health counseling. Is one field more in demand? Which has a quicker path to higher paying jobs. Feeling stuck.- USA
