Is PNA247 legit or a scam?

Long time lurker, first time poster here ❤️ I've had emotional support plushies since I was a child and I still adore every single one of them today 💕 I'm looking at getting a new one, but it's a pre-order plush from PNA247.co.uk that I can't find anywhere else, does anyone know if this site is trustworthy?

I live in the UK for reference, I've seen some negative reviews on trust pilot, but I'm genuinely considering going for it as its a plush of my most wanted and safest character 🥺❤️ Have you personally used it, and what was your experience?
