Need help with writing Study Plan for Visa

Hello, I am applying for a visa to study in Taiwan through the Huayu Enrichment Scholarship, and I need to write a Study plan. I read somewhere that a study plan should be at least 3 pages long. What exactly is a person supposed to include in this? Can someone please guide me and advise on how to write it so they accept it? The do's and don'ts and stuff.
