Can't refresh lineup?

My daily lineup is ready to refresh but It shows my last lineup, which I am not interested in.

Am I stuck with this lineup choice forever until I pick one?

If so, this is a game breaker for me, as it's clearly intended to force players to waste their VP or tickets, which is a tactic to get players to spend real money
