Day 3 on Elvanse: Is this real life?

Hello all,
Day 3 on Elvanse 30mg. The first two days have been pretty incredible - the chronic mental strain and fatigue are completely gone, my general mood is great, and surprisingly, my sleep has improved and I’m waking up feeling fresh.

Quick question for those further along: do these initial effects tone down significantly over time, or is this smooth baseline what long-term management actually feels like?
