FROM is a character-driven series and presents great and realistic characters. I love how each character is flawed in its own way and their different styles of dealing with trauma. Victor, Boyd, Henry, Tabitha, Jim are all good examples.

However, I am recently having difficulty understanding Kenny's character. Fromville took his Dad, Mom and potential girlfriend yet the guy is moving like nothing happened. We don't get to see his anger, frustration, grief in any way.

He looks stoic and helps Boyd all day, which points to the possibility of him suffering with highly functioning depression. There's literally nothing else I can think of that explains his current emotional state.

I find his current emotional state kinda strange because he looked clearly affected when his Dad died. He had pain in his eyes and showed anger towards Sarah. When his Mom died, he didn't cry as much and rejoined as deputy sheriff to honour his mother's death and help townsfolk.

All of that makes me think that helping the town is exactly how he's coping and giving his life a purpose.

But shouldn't we get to see a bit more on what happens when he's alone? If he cries at night , or doesn't eat well. What does he think of his life now? I really wanna know his perspective.

I feel like the show should focus on him a bit more to let us know what's going on with him.

Let me know what you guys think.
