Console sharing

So me and my brother currently share a PS5 but I’m moving out so I’m planning to get a new PS5 for myself. Currently the PS5 has both our accounts logged into and we can play games that we’ve both bought. I’m assuming when I get the new PS5 I can’t just login to both his and my account to still have access to both games? If this is the case does anyone know a workaround?
