Ear lobe piercings always angry and dont want to heal

I got my lobes pierced 9 months ago, the jewelry is threadless titanium flat backs, I clean them once a day with saline and once a day with just water from the shower. They still get crusty sometimes they swell some days they hurt and some days they just itch. They have been downsized. I have had 3 different piercers at 3 different shops look at them and they all said they are fine. I just dont understand, i have healed so many other piercings so easily usually a bit shorter than the usual time it takes to heal. My healix didnt give me this much trouble and I did literally everything wrong with that(pierced with a gun with "hypoallergenic" butterfly back, cleaned 3 times a day with alcohol, and slept on it from the day that I got it). Why are simple lobe piercings giving me so much trouble when I am doing everything right?! Please help!
