Sent CRO (cronos network) to Kraken's CRO address (ethereum network)

Hi there. I sent 55k CRO to Kraken's CRO address by mistake, and now the funds are received (transaction was succesful) but I can't access to them. Do you think is there a way to recover them? I have a ticket open (I think) Thanks in advance.
