Has anyone used a china sourcing agent for small orders?

I’ve been looking into buying some products from China, mostly from 1688 and local suppliers, but doing everything myself feels a bit messy with language, QC, shipping, and returns. I found this china sourcing agent site: https://agchinabuy.com and it looks like they help with purchasing, checking photos/videos, and shipping. Has anyone here used a sourcing agent before? Is it better than dealing with suppliers directly?
