Need help picking moves for the holy grail of Nuzlockes!

I'm doing a vanilla run of Pokemon Emerald with classic HC rules. I absolutely lucked out with an Adamant, Huge Power, Azumarill. Im currently running:

• Facade
• Double Edge
• Rollout
• Dig (Mostly for Norman Gym)

I still have the following physical/support type TMs:

- Hyperbeam, Hidden Power, Iron Tail, Brick Break, Double-Team, Protect, Rest

I plan to give substitute to my Absol to make a SD set-up sweeper but that isn't set in stone. I do also have a variety of special type TMs left and money is no issue as I usually run Amulet Coin 24/7. What movesets are the best for the E4?
