True or false?

Hi, i noticed that sometimes at the start of episodes only the word ‘true’ will stay on screen after the startsentence. And sometimes its the word ‘story’ that stays on.

Does this mean the ones with story are made up? And the true ones are the true ones? Does anyone know more about this?
