Do people working in janitorial/cleaning positions or similar fields need to be cleared of having certain allergies?

i just had a peanut granola bar and was wondering what a nightmare it would be if the cleaning crew or garbage collectors were allergic to peanut. do they test for certain allergies for these occupations?
