"Back in the day" editing LE2

Okay, this is gonna be odd. Back in the day I had learned to use coalesced.ini to edit weapons and do some cheaty stuff. (Yeah, yeah, I'm not supposed to, but I despise grinding.)

I can get most of the cheaty stuff working ironically enough.

But I can't figure out how to edit weapon stats in the new version. Is there a way to do it, or am I SOL? I can't find an easy mod to reverse-engineer.
