Gyaru with strict parents????

Hi!! I wouldn't call myself a Gyaru but I really love the general vibe and style of the different subcultures.

Issue is, my parents are a fan of extreme fashions so what I can get my hands on is severely limited.

Just a list of things that stop me from dressing exactly how I want:

• Makeup restrictions. Personally, I adore in your face makeup. The sparkler the better. I'm not terrible at it, either. But my mum doesn't let me leave the house if she thinks my makeup is "too much" since I get all the usual crap about being "too pretty" for makeup 🫠 pretty sure my mum doesn't like false lashes either but I guess I could push her on that... I can't wear contacts though, I can't put them in.
• Clothing restrictions. This one is mainly due to cost (understandably) but I'm also not allowed to order shit online myself. It's ridiculous. Not to mention that my parents aren't too happy about ordering from places that ship internationally or things like shoes (which is their reasons, they're fair enough but come ON)
• nails. My mum hates false nails dawg 😭 tbh idk if I'd want to wear them myself. I play piano so it would make that hard. Wouldn't mind shorter ones tho I guess? I reckon I could make my own given the time and money.
• Hair. I have short hair and idk if you can be Gyaru with short hair as a girl? I have what's basically a wolfcut and I have wavy hair naturally, and it's also like a light brown-copper colour. It's hats not okay I WOULD be okay to wear halfwigs and wigs... If I could order them
• Tan. I'm white as hell and I don't particularly want to tan, so can I go without???

Sorry if this was long, I just want to know whether I CAN still be Gyaru with these restrictions, or if there's any way around these. I guess my ideal style would be a mix between cybergoth and Gyaru, but the first one sure as hell ain't happening soon so I just want to know if my plan B is achieve, because I really don't know how I want to dress anymore T~T
