Exclusives Question

Hello all,

This is my second year attending SDCC, but my first year attending with preview night. Will the exclusives portal be open on wednesday too? If so I would imagine that it's probably the best day to try and score exclusives.
Do they also take walk-ins after the time slots are
over on Wednesday? Any information is greatly appreciated.

Thanks
