Shuttle buses and the way home - what on earth

Had an absolutely amazing festival experience however for the way home I really think they if they’re sold out of shuttle buses months before the festival they should provide more.

We were trying to get to porto, all public train tickets on the Tuesday were also sold out. Ended up paying a 350 euro taxi to get to porto.

The worse part is because there is no where with service you can’t even begin to try and find alternative way.

You ask the people at the information point for help and they just point to the papers with all the sold out routes and a taxi.

When I finally got service (after unfortunately already agreeing a 350 euro taxi) I realise there was another couple of towns I could’ve gotten a taxi to and then paid only 16 euro to get to porto. I don’t think it would’ve taken a lot for the festival
To at the very least provide a decent point of Wi-Fi for all the people essentially left stranded.

The people at information point didn’t really seem
To want to help at all or sympathetic to the fact that a 350 euro taxi seemed reasonable compared to the 40 euro shuttle. I’m not exactly in a position where I can afford a 350 euro way home after already paying around the same price for the festival itself and already having paid 150 euros for the way there…

It just felt like the festival / people at the help point didn’t really seem to care at all and some
of the guys at the coach were so rude too when we were stood waiting on the side on the off chance someone wouldn’t turn up he just kept shouting at us to move although we were only asking
If we could wait just in case someone wasn’t getting on, he didn’t even give it a chance or look and we know full well there were other people on that coach without a ticket. So much for community and looking out for one another.
