Hypothetical question about flying

Hello fellow friends. lets say a friend of mine has a trip to denver/aurora coming up, and this friend is wanting to bring goodies back to their home state of TN. if, hypothetically, one were to come across a handful of carts (no flower, batteries, etc) on this trip, how would be the best/safest way to pack them in the checked bag to ensure everyone makes it back safely. again, hypothetically.

(also, if anyone has any recs for dispensaries/shops/brands to look out for in the Aurora area of CO plz let me know. so far ive only found JARS and reviews seem to be mixed)
