A sticker came out with layer of paper adhered to it's back, blocking the glue layer and making it non-transparent. Is there something to be done?

What the title says, does this have any solution or should I just move on? The only thing that I can think off it's to put the sticker on a piece of tape and try to remove the tape, but maybe there's a better, less risky method to solve this.

For those who want to know, the kit is a EVA01(rebuilds) from Bandai Namco, RC series.
